A “Virtual Office” concept allows you to work mobile from your location or ours and yet be able to represent a branded reputable recruiting firm. This includes a network team of recruiters, as well as all of your operational and marketing needs.

Independent Advantages:

• Most recruitment offices operate with an agreement paying their recruiters 40% while Advanced Recruiting Team can offer 70% commission on all personal production. We will support and motivate our recruiters to an income well in excess of $150,000 per year. We will provide you access to the largest resume databases with options for monthly job postings as well.There are also tax benefits. Our recruiters operate independently and will be sent a 1099 at the end of every year. Your commissions will be paid to you as the receivables come in. There are several tax advantages that are available similarly to a small business owner.
